We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps and software for personal or business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store account settings.
All rights, trademarks, code, and designs remain the property of Swifty Brains. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited under international copyright and IP laws.
If you purchase or acquire apps/products from Swifty Brains, all transactions are subject to secure payment processing. Refund policies and support terms will be provided separately.

Swifty Brains is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our apps or software. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, violate applicable laws, or misuse our services.
These Terms are governed by international laws, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in your local country where applicable consumer protection laws apply.
