Our app provides document analysis features such as summarization and question-and-answer functionality using artificial intelligence. To provide these features, the app may process content from documents that users choose to upload (such as PDF, CSV, Excel, TXT, XML, or other supported file formats) along with the user’s query or prompt. When a user requests AI-based processing, the following information may be transmitted to our third-party AI service provider: Text content extracted from the document uploaded by the user The user’s question or prompt related to the document This information is sent to OpenAI, which provides the AI service used to generate summaries and responses. The transmitted data is used only for the purpose of generating AI responses requested by the user and is not used by our app for tracking, advertising, or profiling. Users are informed before AI processing occurs and must provide consent before any document content is sent to the AI service. Our app does not permanently store the document content sent to the AI service. Document data is processed only to generate the requested response.
Users can choose whether or not to use the AI document analysis features. If a user does not wish to share document content with the AI service, they can choose not to use these features.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for providing services or as required by law. Users can request deletion of their data at any time.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store account settings.
Our applications are not directed to children under 13 (or relevant local age). We comply with COPPA and equivalent child data protection laws worldwide.
